Senior Teachers
Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with all aspects of the curriculum and be ready to answer questions from teachers
- Complete assessments and be available to help the Head Teacher proofread teachers’ assessments
- Be punctual at all times and provide a positive example for all of the other teachers
- Play a key role in marketing activities, particularly with guiding teachers during parties and party preparation
- Take part in two training sessions per term to keep up to date with current developments
- Substitute for absent colleagues - this may be at short notice and off-site
- Assist in the library during busy times, particularly if you have an empty slot on a weekend
- Be observed by your Head Teacher and Teacher Manager and receive feedback professionally - you may also be asked to perform this procedure for teachers if your Head Teacher is absent
- Communicate with your Head Teacher in a weekly meeting about your students and classes
- Provide guidance for teachers who are experiencing difficulties with the materials or their students.
Requirements:
- English Native speaker (to meet with the government working visa application request)
- TEFL/TESL/TESOL certification
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Teaching experience is a strong asset
- Over one years teaching experience
Wage package:
- Salary depends on experience and background
- Work visa sponsorship for successful applicants

- Up to 1200 RMB hotel reimbursement
- 10000 start-up loan for accommodation(Teachers have to provide their passport and accommodation contract as a guarantee until the loan is paid back in three months)
- 12 months health and accident insurance for a one-year contract
- Up to 8000 RMB flight reimbursement (direction to home country)
- Bonus based on annual performance
- 11 days paid vacation days per year ; 11 days for annual leave
- Orientation & pre-job Training, on-going training and academic support
Contract length:
12 months; 2 month probation period
