Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with local teachers and progress advisers
• Teachers are responsible for providing a highly engaging an defective learning experience to learners aged 3-12 year old learners
• Teachers are to use the schools innovative and immersive educational content
• Ensure measurable academic results in an inspiring and lively learning environment
• Deliver an outstanding service experience to learners and parents

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree
• Native speaker from UK, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Canada, South Africa (This is due to visa regulations in mainland China)
• TEFL/TESOL certification or other equivalents
• About 1 year teaching or teaching related experience
• Reference letters
• Clean criminal background check
• Passion for educating young learners

Salaries & benefits

• 9 000-15 000 RMB per month (net after tax) depending on experience
• Housings allowance: 2500 RMB (NET) per month
• Flight allowance: 6000 RMB (NET) after one year
• Fully sponsored work and arranged Z visa and residence permit
• On-going professional training and academic development
• Administrative assistants are available at each centre to help teachers with day to day necessities
• 2 days off per week, 19 teaching hours per week
